Cancellation Policy
PAYG Group Classes: 24 hour cancellation policy. 4 Week Course Group Classes: No refunds available after booking. In the event of a missed class due to sickness we will try our best to move you to another group within the same week, however, this can only be done when spaces are available, therefore, it is not always possible. Private Classes: To cancel or rearrange a booking please contact us on 07976380644 / becca@poleactive.co.uk Less than 24 hrs notice - 50% of class cost Missed Class (less than 3hours notice) - 100% of class cost
