Service Description
OFF THE POLE CLASS. The first part of this class includes a full body stretch routine to improve overall mobility with a strong focus on working towards and improving splits. The second part is a strength circuit targeting key muscle groups used in pole fitness enhancing control and strength to advance your pole moves.

Cancellation Policy
PAYG Group Classes: 24 hour cancellation policy. 4 Week Course Group Classes: No refunds available after booking. In the event of a missed class due to sickness we will try our best to move you to another group within the same week, however, this can only be done when spaces are available, therefore, it is not always possible. Private Classes: 24hrs notice required to rearrange a private class.
