GROUP CLASSES

Discover a new passion and new pole buddies to go with it!

Walk into a supportive, encouraging environment where we are all looking to reach our fitness goals.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

In a group class you'll be grouped together with others of a similar level to you so you can encourage and support each other.

 

We start each class with some conditioning exercises designed to build strength to prepare you for more challenging pole moves, as well as build stamina. Then we combine spins, tricks and flow moves on both spinning and static poles, finishing off with stretches that will increase full body flexibility.

There will be a maximum of 2 people per pole to ensure you get plenty of pole time and great work out.

GROUP CLASSES

All spaces are first released for full monthly blocks (4 or 5 weeks, depending on the month). Any leftover spaces are then added as PAYG spaces just before the start of a new month.

6:30pm - Beginners
7:30pm - Inter / Advanced

 

TUESDAY 
6pm - Inter / Advanced
7pm - Intermediate

 

WEDNESDAY 

6pm - Absolute Beginners
7pm - Beginners
8pm - Intermediate

 

THURSDAY

6:30pm - Beginners

 

SATURDAY

10:30am - Splits & Strength (Mixed Level)
