WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
Expect to have loads of fun!
Group classes are mixed ability and beginners are very welcome! You'll be grouped together with others of a similar level to you so you can encourage and support each other.
We start each class with some conditioning exercises designed to build strength to prepare you for more challenging pole moves, as well as build stamina. Then we combine spins, tricks and flow moves on both spinning and static poles, finishing off with stretches that will increase full body flexibility.
Due to social distancing measures we are temporarily only running private and semi private classes while we are putting in place measures to keep all of our students as safe as possible in a group environment.
We can wait to get started again!
HOW DO I BOOK?
Welcoming beginners through to experienced students.
We only book group classes on the day you wish to attend.
Please call, text or email on the day and we will reserve your space. This works on a first-come basis, then a waiting list will be put in place.
Please note: If you reserve and then cancel a space which cannot be filled, you will still have to pay the full session fee.
