WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
In a group class you'll be grouped together with others of a similar level to you so you can encourage and support each other.
We start each class with some conditioning exercises designed to build strength to prepare you for more challenging pole moves, as well as build stamina. Then we combine spins, tricks and flow moves on both spinning and static poles, finishing off with stretches that will increase full body flexibility.
There will be a maximum of 2 people per pole to ensure you get plenty of pole time and great work out.

Thursday 7th, 5:30pm - Intermediate / Advanced
Thursday 7th, 6:30pm - Immediate
Pay as you go Classes - £13.50

Every Monday at 6:30pm - Pay as you go £10
Release your inner vixen and learn how to move freely around the pole in choreographed routines! Open to all levels, heels encouraged but not essential to take part in this class.
Every Tuesday 7pm - £5
Whether you attend pole class or you are just looking to increase your general flexibility, this is a class for you to improve or work on your splits as well as whole body flexibility.
