WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
In mini group classes you'll be grouped together with others of a similar level to you so you can encourage and support each other.
We start each class with some conditioning exercises designed to build strength to prepare you for more challenging pole moves, as well as build stamina. Then we combine spins, tricks and flow moves on both spinning and static poles, finishing off with stretches that will increase full body flexibility.
There will be a maximum of 4 people per class to ensure you get plenty of pole time and great work out.
