WHAT DO I NEED TO WEAR AND BRING?
Slipping on the hot pants and strutting into your first class may not be everyone's cup of tea, whilst welcomed, this isn't necessary for beginners. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable, so gym wear is fine or leggings you can roll up if you would like a softer approach to shorts.​Remember, the more skin you can get on the pole to grip the easier it will be. If you would like to start in shorts, please do, you won't be alone!
​Bring along some water and a towel to wipe down the pole and please DO NOT moisturise on the day, it makes the poles very slippy!
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
While pole fitness is a physical workout you will find the super fun class whizzes by while you build strength and increase flexibility!
No need to worry about not being flexible or strong enough to begin with as over time these skill-sets will develop. You'll learn everything from how to hold the pole, spins, tricks, and combos, then before you know it you'll be putting them all together into impressive routines.
